If the walls of our quirky, thoughtfully restored restaurants could speak, they’d say thank you to Jason and his team of construction and adaptation experts for bringing new life to these restored neighborhood landmarks. Overseeing each project from conception through final turnover, Jason’s core responsibilities include managing budgets, schedules, contractors and designers, while also maintaining cost and quality controls. It’s a complex job, helped by the fact that Jason started on the ground floor, learning the drywall trade as a teenager, and completing an apprenticeship with the Carpenters Union, honing his skills on high-rise projects across the Northwest. When he’s not swinging a hammer or studying schematic plans, Jason can be found anywhere outdoors, hiking, camping, working out or chilling at the beach.
