Kelby Plotkin

Proudly repping San Luis Obispo, CA, Kelby is our newest Marketing Coordinator who brings a little Italian flair to the home of Postino. A graduate of Arizona State, she also studied abroad at the Florence University of the Arts, earning a certificate in International Business at their hospitality school. Which sounds molto bello. Back stateside, Kelby can be found dancing along to “Perfect Day” by Hoku, shopping, being outside, swimming, and going to Pilates. And, not surprisingly for someone who came to us via California to Arizona to Tuscany, Kelby loves “side quests” and learning new things.
