She’s worked in restaurants her whole life. “Something about it grabbed me—the pace, the energy, the people, the food, and I loved that I could brighten someone’s day just by doing what I loved.” And now she shares that love by coaching leaders, strengthening operations, and making sure every location feels like a place where both the guests and teams genuinely enjoy being. Outside Upward, Rebeacca can be found rocking out to Yacht Rock and ladies of the 90’s power ballads, baking up banana bread, reading fiction books, or planning her next beach vacay.
