Steve Henderson

Our new Construction Manager, Steve prefers to let his hammer do the talking, focusing on his role of overseeing the construction of new restaurants and remodel projects without fussing or fighting. Maybe it’s his Midwest background, raised in the heartland of Omaha NE, that leads him to say he got into this career, by “dumb luck.” But we know firsthand how passionate Steve is about handcrafting the finest restaurants and neighborhood hangouts in the nation. No wonder he says the soundtrack of his life is “Running Down a Dream” by Tom Petty. After all, he’s already earned his private pilot’s license, so it can’t be “Learning to fly.”
