Mathew Larsen

Our goodfellow from Goodyear, AZ. Mathew manages the inventory flow, making sure that our products are coming from the best places, and are being properly used and accounted for. Starting off as a fry cook at a chicken joint, he made his way into the brewery biz before coming aboard at Upward. And while he says, “Simple Man” by Lynyrd Skynyrd is the soundtrack of his life, there’s nothing simple about his love of cooking and BBQ’ing, constantly trying out new recipes and having friends over to try his new (not always great) culinary creations.
