Carolyn Gadbaw

Bringing good aura all the way from Aurora, Illinois, Carolyn is a restaurant lifer, starting as a host at age 15. No wonder why she’s passionate about providing inclusion and opportunity for women in the hospitality industry through mentorship. When she’s not leading Upwards’ teams to perform at a high level while maintaining a great guest experience, Carolyn can be found checking out new restaurants with her hubby, or at home ‘cooking’ up her signature dish – a margarita cocktail.
