Phoenix born & raised, Conner’s proudly opened more than 15 locations for the Upward, overseeing professional development and refining our training programs for everyone from hourly team members to new leaders just joining the company, plus launching all-new learning initiatives across the West Coast. And to think it all started with stumbling into Postino Central for a survival job as a host, and then falling desperately in love with hospitality learning & development. Outside the stores, you’ll find Conner humming along to the “Hannah Montana 2: Meet Miley Cyrus” double album while sipping on homemade coffee syrups. And speaking of former kid stars, Conner’s a musical theatre kid who travelled around China in a Nickelodeon show, and oh baby the world is a STAGE!!!!!!!!
