A former school  teacher from Houston, Demi’s life changed forever when she fell in love with her local Postino. Now charged with spreading Postino coast to coast by leading our new restaurant openings, she helps leadership with professional development, and helps our hourly teams by creating content that turns high standards into daily practices so they can thrive and grow upward at Upward. After hours, Demi enjoys HIIT and Pilates classes, or simply strolling with her four-legged, right-hand-man, Taco.
