We can thank both Charlotte, NC and Chili’s Grill & Bar for helping to shape and mold Jeff into our amazing new Area Manager. A native North Carolinian who can cook up a serious Sweet Potato Hash, Jeff walked into a Chili’s 20 years ago and was immediately smitten with the restaurant biz, and is excited to put those hard-earned skills supporting staff, developing leaders and bringing Postino to the people across the Southeastern US. And speaking of empowering people, Jeff is proudly 17+ years sober and is committed to making sure Upward supports the mental health of staff members in this famously pressure-packed industry.
